JAN DAWSON MCIPR, CEO

​​A career in business journalism, B2B marketing and running a Public Relations consultancy resulted in Jan winning two top national Institute of PR awards for UK campaigns involving a Government Training and Enterprise Council and another for British Telecom. This led to recognition for Jan's business achievements with the award of Business Women of the Year 1994 (Eastern England).

AIR COMMODORE RICK PEACOCK-EDWARDS CBE AFC FRAeS FCIM, COO

The son of a Battle of Britain pilot Rick is himself a decorated and highly acclaimed fighter pilot and leader. He has wide experience of high level command in the military, in senior appointments and in business at Managing Director level. He has great leadership capabilities and is recognised as a high achiever. He is also Past Master of the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators.

SIMON WILLIAMS OBE BSc BA, DIRECTOR

Simon Williams spent 36 years in the Royal Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral. Over half of those years were at sea in submarines but for much of the second half of his career he was a strategic planner working at the interface between politics and operations in the Ministry of Defence, interspersed with a period in command of frontline operations.

As an aviator who has excelled throughout his career, Brian rose through the ranks to become one of the RAF’s senior leaders. Appointed a CBE for his exceptional performance as an operational commander, he has a track record of success in a wide range of top executive roles and has accumulated extensive experience of building and leading high performance teams.

A decisive PARA combat leader, Chip Chapman transitioned to operational and strategic levels within the inter-agency, Government and International environment. This included UK and world-wide counter terrorism with an emphasis on risk mitigation and change programmes. Focused on output and with a strong moral ethic to achieve and implement good governance, propriety and regularity, he is the author of Notes from a Small Military.
